Ed with KKA has been a pleasure and a professional in all our dealings. He's installed multiple pieces of equipment for us. One project was bid to other contractors and came back with two quotes in excess of $2000. Ed completed the install for under $100. We also had him install a new Napoleon wood insert. We're extremely satisfied with the product, the install, and the service. We'll be back to KKA for our next project, a gas insert in another area.
